Bespoke Training

 

I have previously worked as an Associate Lecturer in Social Work at University of Bradford, and have also delivered training to Social Workers and Social Care professionals around the Country.

 

I can offer bespoke training to professionals and agencies in various areas, including

• Assessing eligibility under the Care Act 2014,
• Key responsibilities for local authorities and assessors under the Care Act 2014
• Mental Capacity Act 2005 and assessing capacity (including executive functioning),
• Care planning, risk assessing (including positive risk management, self-neglect and hoarding); and
• Making Safeguarding Personal.  

 

Training can be offered both face-to-face and virtually (via Teams or Zoom), half or full day.
